•We'll try our damndest to get your stuff to you in a timely fashion.
•We are currently using the United States Postal Service only. UPS will hopefully be an option soon.
•We use USPS Priority mail so we can have tracking numbers. International orders can have the choice of First Class mail. It's cheaper but keep in mind that there is no tracking. If it gets lost in the void there isn't much we can do.
•ZatArt isn't responsible for things lost in the mail but if you never receive your items email us and we'll talk. We use Priority mail with delivery confirmation so don't try to lie, we know all.
